This geographical location is chosen for its robust infrastructure and compliance with data protection regulations. 8.2 Data Processing: The processing of your data on these servers is governed by our agreement with Microsoft Azure, which includes strict data protection and privacy measures in line with GDPR and other relevant laws. 8.3 Security Measures: We, along with Microsoft Azure, implement high-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Microsoft Azure's security protocols are regularly updated to combat emerging threats and ensure data integrity. 8.4 Compliance with GDPR: By using Microsoft Azure's services in West Europe, we ensure that your data is processed in a manner compliant with the GDPR, providing you with the rights and protections under this regulation. 8.5 International Data Transfers: If you are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), please be aware that your data is stored and processed in a region within the EEA. We ensure that all international data transfers to our servers in West Europe are done in compliance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.
